Information
Our Research
In Japan, a country where severe labor shortages are expected as the population continues to age, there is a need for middle-aged and senior citizens to play a more active role.
Upon conducting fact-finding surveys, analyzing the characteristics, and otherwise carrying out investigative studies of middle-aged and senior citizens working in Japan, we are providing recommendations on the keys to the preparations that companies need to undertake to encourage middle-aged and senior citizens to play a more active role.
We would be pleased if the results of our research serve as a leading example of how aging should be addressed around the world.
